How to log food

This is how you can keep track of your daily meals, hydration, and weight:

  1. Open the app and go to the “Journal” tab at the bottom right of your screen

  2. Tap on the + symbol in the bottom middle of your screen to add hydration, meal, or weight entries

  3. Click on the blue drop for hydration entries, the green salad for meal entries, or the purple scale for weight entries

  4. Once logged, you can see the date for which you logged journal entries, and you can scroll back and forth to view previous entries.

  5. You can also use the filter option (top right corner) to view specific types of entries only.
